By using these high-precision CNC-controlled machines, not only was the accuracy of sampling improved, but the entire testing process was also significantly accelerated. The process, which previously took several hours, was reduced to less than half the original time. This led to a significant reduction in lead time and a significant reduction in costs.

Thanks to the introduction of this new inspection process, we were able to more than halve production costs for our customer while maintaining a consistently high level of quality assurance. The automated process ensures more precise and faster quality monitoring, identifying defects early and enabling immediate corrective action.
