GWP offers fire testing services for the determination of the flame spread rate according to DIN 75200 and FMVSS 302. These methods are used for the flammability rating of materials used in automotive interior components. The device under test is exposed to a controlled ignition source (gas burner) for the measurement of the rate of the flame spread. Materials and single or assembled components with a maximum thickness of 13 mm can be tested in our lab.
