Component and Product Damages

Damage to products, parts, machine and equipment components

With systematic damage analyses based on our own materials technology laboratory tests, we track down damage to products, parts, machine and equipment components made of a wide variety of materials and material combinations.

Often the question arises as to whether the cause can be attributed to an incorrect application, a design error and a material defect.

Our accredited laboratories offer comprehensive damage investigations to the processing industry, experts and insurance companies.

The scope and methodology is agreed with our customers for each case of damage in a specific investigation plan / offer. In an initial technical clarification or preliminary investigation, our materials experts provide quick and qualified assessments of feasibility, prospects of success, time required and costs. If required, we record and document the damage on site and take over or supervise the professional sampling.

In the download area you will find examples of informative reports and expert opinions.
