Burn rate determination

The pressure-dependent burning rate of pyrotechnic propellants can be determined under adiabatic conditions by ignition in a closed pressure vessel.

Gas generation determination

The pressure curve and the gas generation rate of gas generators can be determined in the 60 L can. The speed of the gas generation depends on the temperature.

Internal pressure measurement on gas generators

By drilling from the outside, it is possible to record the internal pressure curve of a gas generator during burning with the aid of a piezo pressure sensor.
